01 | May 2023 - May 2024
A newly built detached ADU was constructed from the ground up, offering 800 sq. ft. of self-contained living space. With two bedrooms, a full kitchen, bathroom, laundry area, and a spacious patio and deck, it’s designed for comfort, flexibility, and long-term value.
02 | Sept 2024 - Present 2025
An existing 2-car garage was converted into a master bedroom as part of a full ADU remodel. The upgraded layout brought the unit to 972 sq. ft., with improved functionality, a bathroom extension, and modernized systems—all while maximizing use of the original structure.
